Project Support Officer - Operational Change / Operating Model Implementation

A leading client of ours is searching for an experienced Project Support Officer, with a proven track record of successfully delivering organisational change or operating model design (TOM) on a global scale.

The organisation change will affect the business on a global scale and will involve the implementation of an EMEA Target Operating Model, specifically for their commercial functions. The end scope will incorporate new organisational structures, processes, culture, roles & incentives.

You will be tasked with -

  • Maintenance of the Project Delivery Plan and tracking of activities to plan
  • Management of consolidated RAID log, ensure activities are progressed to remediate / mitigate
  • Assistance in preparation of presentation material / workshops / reporting pacts for the PM / PD
  • Gathering workstream status reports and consolidation into single Project status update
  • Ensuring documentation is completed and appropriate managed and archived (audit ready)
  • Assistance in Project financial management activities

You will be required to have the following experience in order to be considered -

  • Worked in a similar position on projects delivering organisational change or operating model design
  • Experienced PSO with a proven track record of successful delivery
  • Strong understanding of risk management; budgeting; resource management; status reporting; governance
  • Proven ability to be able to step into the detail, as necessary, to help manage challenging situations / workstreams that may be going off-plan
  • Good time management skills and experience in managing with a number of priorities and able to prioritise them. Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
