Utilities Business based in the West Midlands are looking for a Project Manager to lead on the implementation of SuccessFactors for this area of the business. This is an initial 12 month contract and reports into the Head of Change for this arm of the business. The environment is immature in their change journey so looking for people who have worked in a similar environment.

Please note this role is inside IR35 and requires 1 day onsite per week.

THE ROLE

The Project Manager for the SuccessFactors Implementation will be responsible for delivering:

  • The Wider business is currently going through transformation to implement SuccessFactors so you would be the leading project manager for this arm of the business to faciliate the implementation.
  • Harmonise policies, standardise processes and implement underpinning technology to support the to be operating model.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan to integrate SuccessFactors that aligns with the broader business objectives and integration activities
  • Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of the new People operating model, processes and systems,
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability and ensuring adoption of the processes and systems and delivery of key outcomes of the programme
  • Work closely with C-Suite stakeholders down to make sure adoption of the system, policies and processes are embedded.

YOU

The ideal Project Manager will have prior experience of:

  • Being a Project Manager leading on HR technology iniatives such as SuccessFactors or a similar platform.
  • Have worked in an immature change environment and managed to deliver projects/programmes that were adopted by the wider business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop data-driven insights and solutions
  • Have prior experience of working with C-Suite stakeholders to deliver HR lead projects
  • It’s desirable but not essential to have worked in Utilities business.
