Boutique Legal Firm based in the West End, London are looking for a Project Manager for a 4 month fixed term contract for their Rebrand and Website Launch Project which goes live at the end of September. The client is currently undergoing a lot of exciting change within the business and you will be pivotal in showcasing this through the rebranding project.

Please note this role is a 4 month fixed term contract and requires you to be onsite at the London office 2-3 days a week.

THE ROLE

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Deliver the Rebrand and Website Project on time, on time, within scope and in budget
  • Managing the existing detailed project plan as required to ensure viability, and maintain or improve momentum (applying appropriate verification techniques to manage any changes in project scope, schedule and costs)
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, including ensuring all Working Group members are aware of responsibilities and priorities and understand and are delivering the work expected of them at all times
  • Report and escalate issues/decisions required to Project Sponsor and management
  • Lead on development and delivery of project communications, in collaboration with the Project Sponsor
  • Measure project performance using agreed systems, tools and techniques and report as required by the project

YOU

The Project Manager for this role will have prior experience of:

  • Proven experience at the Project Manager level and Prince II/PMQ/MPM is essential
  • Previous experience with a brand and/or website rollout
  • Be able to communicate and engage with a variety of different stakeholders to be able to deliver the project in a timely manner.
  • It is desirable to have worked in a legal firm before but they will consider professional services organisations.
