Exciting Global Software Business are looking for a Business Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to work on their rebrand and new website launch. This role will report into the Programme Manager and work closely with marketing, change, operations and IT to complete all rebrand activities by December 2025.
Please note this role will require going to the Chester office 3-4 times a month and some occasional travel to other UK based offices.
THE ROLE
Over the next year the Global Software Business will be carrying out a full rebrand of all their subsidaries to reflect the future model and strategic aspirations of the group. This will also involve replatforming and redeveloping the firm’s website. This role will be looking for a project manager to deliver the change. You will be responsible for:
- Manage projects and initiatives from end to end and ensuring alignment with the Chief Marketing Officer’s objectives.
- Develop and execute project plans
- Establish good governance structures
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues and then develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage the project budget to ensure financial targets are met.
- Communicate project updates, milestones and risks to key stakeholders
- Be able to also implement change management strategies for the rebrand and website project and provide communication both internally and to external clients and vendors.
YOU
The ideal Project Manager for the Rebrand and Website Roll Out project will have prior experience of;
- Have worked in a global and multi brand business
- Have been a project manager on a wesbite launch and rebrand programme from end to end.
- Have experience of change management
- Have stakeholder management experience from board level downwards
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
