Reporting to the Lead Project Manager and Chief Technology Officer

The Role:

Working closely with Product Owners/Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you will manage and implement the release process of our SaaS products in order to achieve business objectives. Releases will typically include product updates, operating system patches and security/data protection improvements but can also include ad-hoc changes.

Your main responsibility will be to define, implement and manage release processes to guarantee timelines are met and service(s) provided by the software products are fit for purpose. You will be experienced in creating dynamic iterative delivery plans at a higher level as well as getting into the detail to make things happen when needed. Additionally, you'll need to manage risks, understand integration techniques, coordinate product-related documentation and remove impediments to flow.

With your expertise and prior experience in agile ways of working, you will be expected to make suggestions for team and process efficiency, and you will be required to facilitate agile events, stand-ups and sprint planning etc.
To be successful in this role, you should thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities and possess the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders of all levels.
Whilst technical-language skills are not a necessity, you will ideally come from a software background and have experience working with DevOps and Product Owners to manage releases and updates.
