About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects focused on risk and compliance frameworks. This role involves overseeing the successful implementation of a new Third-Party Risk Management Framework, ensuring stakeholder engagement, benefit realisation, and effective risk mitigation. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure projects align with business objectives, governance standards, and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring cost, risk, time, and quality objectives are met.

  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

  • Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.

  • Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Conduct Quality Reviews and maintain adherence to governance standards.

  • Oversee implementation plans, ensuring seamless business and technical change.

  • Ensure compliance with all risk and regulatory requirements.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Prince 2, Agile Scrum Master, Unified Process, or equivalent qualification

  • Proven experience managing projects within risk and compliance frameworks.

  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

  • Strong risk management and dependency awareness.

  • Experience delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management including Ex-Co, Finance, Risk and Technology

  • Budget management expertise and presentation skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive high-performance team culture.
