We are seeking a seasoned BA Lead with extensive experience in technology-driven projects to coordinate and lead a team of Business Analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management and business analysis skills, enabling them to establish standards and frameworks for the BA team and actively contribute to the program leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment with project goals and individual development.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Project Management and Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate technology-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.

Standards and Frameworks Development:
- Establish and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for the Business Analysis team.
- Develop and implement frameworks that ensure consistency and quality of analysis and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into BA practices.

Program Leadership:
- Actively participate in the program leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business analysis activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the BA team to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Represent the BA team in meetings and discussions with senior management.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Track and measure the impact of changes and initiatives on project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is highly desirable.
- Public Sector experience highly desirable.
