Project Manager - Education sector - Business change and business system implementations- London - 3 days per week in Victoria, London, 2 days WFH

A permanent Project Manager is required for an Education trust to assist the business with planning and managing a variety of business projects. The role will be flexible working of 3 days per week in London and 2 days per week at home.

The types of projects that you will be managing including business system implementations or modifications, change and transformation and general business related projects (Not IT based). Please find more info below:

· Ensure that projects are delivered according to time, cost, scope and quality criteria.

· Ensure a structured approach to managing projects, according to client processes and recognised best practice methodologies.

· Coordinate and administer project steering group meetings.

· Create and own project documentation, including Business Case, PID and RAID.

· Track and monitor project progress and ensure that appropriate project reporting mechanisms are in place.

· Proactively manage project issues and risks.

· Monitor and report on the delivery of benefits throughout projects.

· Work with members of the project team and suppliers to produce and manage project plans/schedules.

· Support and guide the project team to deliver project tasks and keep projects on track.

· Lead project team meetings, capturing and following up on actions.

· Create and manage communications/change management plans and ensure that stakeholders are receiving timely and relevant communications.

· Work closely with all project stakeholders, including project team, steering group, Trust Office departments, school staff and suppliers on all aspects of projects.

· Coordinate the creation of testing plans and manage their execution.

· Coordinate the creation of success and acceptance criteria and manage, track and report on their delivery.

· Manage project budgets.

· Capture lessons learnt throughout projects.

· Conduct project reviews and report on the delivery of intended outcomes.
