Role: Portfolio & Project Lead
We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio & Project Lead to join one of the UK's leading insurance brokers. They are undergoing a huge transformation across the business and are looking for a Portfolio & Project Lead to support them on their journey
The role will report into the Integration and M&A Manager and will assist with the management of their strategic change portfolio. You will take a hands-on approach to project managing a subset of change projects from regulatory to IT.
Establish objectives, deliverables, and budgets of new change items.
Produce business cases and project initiation documents.
Build and maintain a project register and capture and consolidate project plans.
Manage and facilitate projects through reporting cycle.
Experience supporting the delivery of projects end-to-end.
Experience within Financial Services or other regulated industries (e.g. insurance).
Trained in project and change management methodologies (Agile, MSP, PRINCE2, etc).
Extensive stakeholder management.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits
Location: London, flexible working on offer
