Project Manager

Project Manager - IT systems change and Transformation / Dynamics 365 - Remote & Surrey based - 1 or 2 days a week in - £45,000 per annum

A Project Manager is required to work within the Business and IT systems change team on a permanent basis for a Housing company in Redhill.

The role will be part of the Transformation team and operate with Information Technology colleagues and wider stakeholders across the business. External suppliers may form part of project delivery and good relationships will need to be managed and you will need to be excellent at building relationships with senior leaders and subject matter experts.

Skills needed:

  • Project management practitioner Prince2 or similar discipline
  • Strong communications working with an array of stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Dynamics 365 or similar
  • Microsoft project and Office tools
  • Change Management knowledge
  • Housing environment advantageous
  • Change Management practices

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner to the business to create business cases/project initiation documents to articulate how the project responds to a business requirement
  • Define and create project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritisation and implementation
  • Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
  • Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
  • Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company
  • Continually update relevant business stakeholder of project status, including RAID logs, RAG status reporting
  • Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case
