- Solid PM background
- Has a good grasp of DORA and the kinds of culture and risk change management required to implement a new operating model to adhere to it
- Experience in metadata repositories, lineage, data catalogue
- programme experience that deals with the data management implications of DORA
- EU consultation process (ESAs on information register)
- Cloud experience
