Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid

Contract type: Fixed term contract till Sept 2024, full time (35 hours per week)

Salary: up to £42,761

Reports to: PMO Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work with a renowned charity dedicated to providing young people with the skills they need for life. The charity is delivering a range of projects as part of their 2025 strategy centred around transforming the volunteer journey.

The successful hire will work in the Portfolio & Change Team (PMO) ensuring that the programmes/projects are governed and managed effectively and in accordance with the project management (P3M) framework.

What you will be doing day-to-day:

  • Leading and facilitating end-to-end projects
  • Hands-on delivery of Agile based projects
  • Ownership of project documentation
  • Resource allocation and coordinating between different departments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the charity or public sector
  • Experience leading end-to-end transformation and/or change projects
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels
  • PMP, Prince2 or equivalent Project Management qualifications
  • Experience with portfolio level reporting, P3M framework/PPPM framework is highly beneficial
