Role: Project Manager

A well established and growing fintech organisation is looking for an Project Manager to join their Customer Success team. The team are involved across the full client lifecycle, with strong relationship building, governance, and technical implementations at the heart of the role as an Project Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a track record implementing and delivering a variety Technology projects, and excellent relationship management skills to join the team. You will have the opportunity to support and deliver large and complex enterprise infrastructure remodelling programs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting Senior Project Managers to deliver projects end to end for a variety of clients.
  • Being involved in the pre-contract project and resource scoping, as well as current technical state mapping.
  • Supporting Senior Project Managers in defining and documenting future state architecture and processes, by collaborating with internal and external SME's.
  • Supporting Senior Project Managers build project plans, including resource requirements.
  • Attending and minuting daily stand ups, both internally and externally with stakeholders/ clients, as well as technical calls and governance meetings.
  • Supporting Senior Project Managers in creating content for Governance Forums.
  • Using JIRA, Dynamics and the RAID logs to support deliveries.
  • Tracking time spent across projects using Jira.
  • Creating Time & Material reports for clients against contractual agreements.
  • Managing tracking and chasing down internal software development, against client project milestones.
  • Learning the company's products to become proficient in providing consultancy to clients.

Must Haves:

  • Project Management qualification .i.e. Prince2, PMP, PMI, or equivalent.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in a SAAS role into FS (minimum).
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management, with strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in financial markets.
  • Experience in initiating and delivering small scale software/client change projects
  • Background in business analysis disciplines and methodologies.
  • Experience in maintaining project documentation, such as Project Initiation Documentation (PID), Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Project Plans and RAID logs.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office), based in London.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits.
