Job Title: IT Project Manager

Date Rate: £400 PD - Inside IR35

Location: London - Hybrid

Project Manager is required to work within the charity sector. The success candidate will be proactive, have experience of working on large business change initiatives, along with knowledge of modern methodologies, systems, and architectures. As well as being excellent in those areas you will demonstrate experience working on waterfall and agile projects with multiple stakeholders. The Project will be based on a solution of a Microsoft platform that will build on Azure infrastructure using the Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer insights applications integrating 3rd party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the projects and programme achieve their objectives in terms of time, cost, quality and realisation of business benefits
  • Champion excellent project management and full communication with all relevant parties
  • Ensure appropriate records are kept to:
    • Control projects
    • Provide metrics
    • Document requirements
    • Support on - going system use
  • A change advocates, able to hold challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders, leading on these conversations where necessary
  • Adept at stakeholder management
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to drive change and take the initiative, a decisive and a critical thinker
  • An innovative approach, challenging and changing the status quo
  • Previous experience building excellent working relationships with non - Technology staff and build credibility

Skills Desired:

  • Project Management Qualifications in one or both of PRINCE2 or AGILE is required
  • Experience with MS Projects, MS SharePoint, and Office tools
  • Experience of working with Business Users to ensure
  • e requirements are translated correctly
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of Data Driven Technology projects
  • Experience of 3rd party vendor management
  • Experience of arranging projects involving a high degree of stakeholder's engagement and change as it applies to similar organisation (£100m+) and experience of effecting that change in projects of at least £1m
  • Experience in a not-for-profit organisation with an annual income that exceeds £50m and an understanding of the business models they employ
