Project Manager - Systems Implementation
La Fosse are currently partnered with an education trust who are in search of a permanent project manager to work three days per week in London Victoria and two days per week remotely.
The company are looking for a proactive Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of projects from the planning stage to the implementation and closure; ensuring they are delivered to time, cost and quality. The successful project manager candidate will assist the team with business projects including system implementation, business change and process improvement.
The ideal Project Manager candidate has the following experiences:
Experience in system implementation (Payment, HR, Finance, Booking, Admin)
Proactive management skills
Work well with members of a team
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinating the creation of test plan, success and acceptance criteria and managing, tracking, and reporting the delivery
Leading and administering project group meetings
Tracking and measuring project progress
Managing project issues and risks and knowing the right time to escalate
