Job Title: Project Delivery Manager

Length: Permanent

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 pa

Location: London

Working arrangements: 2/3 days in Office

Reports: Project Managers, Contractors and 3rd parties

We are collaborating with a British multinational food processing and retailing company in London who are looking to appoint a Project Delivery Manager.

This role is based in their Headquarters to ensure that the planning, implementation and transition to BAU is managed effectively and strong relationships with key stakeholders are developed.

With focus on successful business project outcomes, the role holder will need a people-first approach and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the Corporate business and IT functions.


  • Delivery of a diverse range of Corporate business and IT projects to time, quality and budget.
  • Own and manage the project portfolio delivery roadmap and capability maturity of the existing
  • Ensure that any systems/applications delivered are designed to meet the requirements of system owners, project sponsors and IT
  • Produce and maintain financial forecasts for projects by tracking project budgets, actuals, and invoices and accounting for the cause of any variances against forecasts
  • Manage staff within the project management team – coaching individuals in adopting improved project and portfolio management disciplines, fostering a supporting a hybrid/agile way of working within the team.


  • Proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery Manager or Programme Manager
  • Demonstrable experience delivering a portfolio of Business and IT projects (e.g., application, infrastructure and cloud projects)
  • End to end project lifecycle management experience
  • Stakeholder management and engagement ideally within a Head Office/HQ environment
  • ITIL/Prince 2/APM/Agile qualified or equivalent and/or qualified by experience.
  • MS Power BI or equivalent experience for project reporting
