Project Co-Ordinator

Title: Project Co-ordinator – Windows 11 rollout

Day Rate:£250 – £300(OUTSIDE)

Duration: 6 Months rolling contract

Based: London/Remote (1 day a week)

Responsibilities

• Work on a Modern Workplace transformation
• Engage directly with stakeholders to support project delivery through effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain and optimise SharePoint folder structures, ensuring clear organisation and accessibility of project documentation.
• Lead data discovery efforts by working with business and technical teams to collect, clarify, and document key data elements and implications.
• Produce and manage key artefacts such as Data Discovery Excels, Wrappers, and Treatment Plans.
• Contribute to RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management by identifying and logging potential delivery impacts.
• Host and update action logs to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate project calls and meetings, including setting agendas and capturing outcomes to support effective governance.

Experience in modern workplace transformations i.e. Windows 10/11 rollouts, M365 migrations etc. is HIGHLY preffered
