Programme Manager - ERP / Cloud HR systems
A programme manager is required to join a global retail organisation, who have embarked on a group wide transformation and will implement a new cloud HR system. The scope of project will finalise solution selection and take through to design and delivery. Core HR is the immediate priority, with payroll and time and attendance also on the agenda, which means well round HR systems delivery experience would be highly regarded.
It will be key you have worked in a global environment to understand distributed workforces and the interdependencies and priorities of international businesses.
Key Experience:
- Delivered multiple end to end programme from legacy HR platforms to cloud HR based systems (Workday / Oracle / D365 / SuccessFactors)
- Experience working for a large international companies with diverse work-forces
- Leading HR solution design meetings
- Experience managing multiple vendors and 3rd parties
