Product Marketing Manager

My client, a fast growth and well invested start-up, are looking for a Product Marketing Manager. With a hands-on CEO and ambitious growth plans this presents a rare opportunity to head up a new function with the main objective to deliver customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

They are looking for someone who truly enjoys statistics and insights with the end goal to understand who their customers are, their dreams and fears, attitudes and needs, and what propositions should be developed to drive the best customer experience and business performance.

You will be responsible for translating insights into effective strategies with the ability to cut through the noise to prioritise, test new ideas and articulate them in a compelling way.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and bring product features to market and drive their adoption
  • Deliver an experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define clear product features, their value and reasons why they are important
  • Develop value propositions, positioning, and communications for product launches; including marketing and on-site collateral
  • Clearly communicate product features and values to customers, partners and teams
  • Provide customer-facing and partner-facing teams with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful
  • Outline programmatic marketing activities required for demand generation
  • Support the definition of market positioning within the context of overall product strategy; through competitor analysis, market research, and customer, partner and team insights
  • Take an iterative approach and leverage best practices
