We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for CRM solutions, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and define product features and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and public sector requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, analyse user data, and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in CRM technology, particularly within the public sector.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation to ensure end-users can effectively utilize CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards applicable to the public sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on CRM systems.
  • Proven background in the public sector, with a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including customization, integration, and administration.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing methodically.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with additional CRM platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in the public sector.
