You will take a client-centered approach to delivery, ensuring the needs of end-users are met whilst at the same time influencing their thinking to ensure buy-in to new ways of working that both maximises the benefit from your services and ensures commonality of process across the different markets.

You will work with agile delivery teams demonstrating a strong understanding of both agile development methodologies, technologies and business to enable you to make decisions on different solution approaches and support the teams on solution delivery.

You will lead a small team of 3 product owners that support you in developing the capabilities required. You will both write and review user stories and be able to provide assurance on technical designs.

You will work closely with IT teams throughout the agile lifecycle to prioritise efforts to ensure benefit delivery is accelerated and maximized and project risks are minimized.

You will put in place key performance indicators to track the success of new capabilities and report on these on a regular basis.
