IT Problem Manager - 4 Month Contract - London - Outside IR35
A key client of ours within the retail sector is looking for a Problem/Incident Manager to join on an initial 4 month contract with a potential extension thereafter. Ideal applicant will be highly analytical with extension EPOS knowledge.
- Strong understanding of industry standard service management
- Proven business analysis skills and basic understanding of architecture principles
- Experience using PowerBI, Jira and/or confluence
- Keen attention to detail
- Good problem solver / lateral thinker
- Excellent organisational skill
- Customer service focuse
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
