IT Problem Manager - 4 Month Contract - London - Outside IR35

A key client of ours within the retail sector is looking for a Problem/Incident Manager to join on an initial 4 month contract with a potential extension thereafter. Ideal applicant will be highly analytical with extension EPOS knowledge.

Key requirements:

  • Strong understanding of industry standard service management
  • Proven business analysis skills and basic understanding of architecture principles
  • Experience using PowerBI, Jira and/or confluence
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good problem solver / lateral thinker
  • Excellent organisational skill
  • Customer service focuse
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
