Portfolio P3M Process & Framework Manager* (SC Cleared)

La Fosse Associates Public Sector Practise are currently supporting one of the largest Transformations occurring in Westminster delivering change across the entire organisation. They are now standing up a new portfolio to direct and oversee the organisational wide transformation.

We are looking for a Portfolio P3M Process & Framework Manager to act as an owner for the delivery framework and providing P3M expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes.

As the Portfolio P3M Process & Framework Manager you will be responsible for providing P3M expertise and act as an owner for the delivery framework.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Frameworks & methodologies: Ownership of the Delivery Framework and gating requirements for the People Portfolio.
  • Planning: Provision of P3M expertise on project, programme and portfolio delivery in order to sequence and cohere people related candidate initiatives.
  • Solutions development: Development and evolution of the Delivery Framework gating requirements (and supporting processes and artefacts) to accommodate changes in delivery methodology and organisational ways of working.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Acting as the liaison point for candidate initiatives in order that they understand the delivery framework and gating needs.
  • Change control: Own the change request process and log for the delivery framework. sis of regular risk attribution reports for use by interested users of the data.
