Portfolio Demand & Prioritisation Manager * (SC Cleared)

La Fosse Associates Public Sector Practise are currently supporting one of the largest Transformations occurring in Westminster delivering change across the entire organisation. They are now standing up a new portfolio to direct and oversee the organisational wide transformation.

We are looking for a Portfolio Demand & Prioritisation Manager to develop frameworks and methodoligies, improve knowledge management and make recommendations on projects and programmes within the Portfolio.

As the Portfolio Risk Analyst you will be responsible for responsible for developing frameworks and methodoligies, improving knowledge management and make recommendations on projects and programmes within the
Portfolio.

Key responsibilities: -

  • Frameworks & methodologies: Work alongside the Portfolio Reporting Manager to set standards and processes which underpin the demand and prioritisation management approach for the People Portfolio, by which the business selects, prioritises and invests in projects and programmes during the year.
  • Solutions Development: Work with the Portfolio Reporting team to assess the demand profile for the portfolio and make recommendations on priority activities which will best deliver organisational objectives.
  • Knowledge management: Centrally maintain programme and project documentation, plus standards and improvements, and ensure accessibility to all stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Provision of guidance and supporting the training and briefing needs which underpin effective demand and prioritisation management within the Portfolio

  • Management of Risk Practitioner
  • Managing Portfolios Practitioner
  • Managing Successful Programmes Advanced Practitioner
  • APM Practitioner Qualification
  • APM Registered Project Professional
  • Graduate of the Government Project Leadership
