Portfolio P3M Process & Framework Manager* (SC Cleared)
La Fosse Associates Public Sector Practise are currently supporting one of the largest Transformations occurring in Westminster delivering change across the entire organisation. They are now standing up a new portfolio to direct and oversee the organisational wide transformation.
We are looking for a Portfolio Benefits Analyst to support the development of mechanisms used across the Portfolio contributing to the benefits management framework.
As the Portfolio Risk Analyst you will be responsible for developing mechanisms for the People Portfolio and contributing to the benefits management framework.
Key responsibilities: -
- Benefits management: Support the development of mechanisms to measure benefits across the People Portfolio, contributing to the Benefits Management Framework as required
- Frameworks & methodologies: Creation of Benefit Realisation plans to support the delivery of the People Portfolio strategy.
- Quality management: Oversight of the benefits associated with the candidate initiatives associated within the People Portfolio.
- Governance: Provision of insight, information and support to contribute to effective portfolio reporting and assist with prioritisation recommendations and decisions.
- Solutions development: Creation/analysis of regular benefit reports for use by interested users of the data.
