PMO Manager - Peterborough
I am partnered with a market leading business based in Peterborough, looking to appoint a PMO Manager to be accountable for the resource planning and demand management. The PMO & Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful running of the Programme Management Office and will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Technical and Design Team Line Managers to deliver a diverse portfolio of IT projects. This is a newly created vacancy within the business, with a core focus around resource planning and demand management, accountable for the Project Office's financial and supplier management.
The ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing PMO with large scale and mixed delivery needs
- Excellent demand management
- Proven capability in resource planning
- Experience in financial and supplier management.
- Proven success in strategic development of operational and business delivery
- Experience actively managing stakeholders at varying levels, and of both leading and operating within/delivering through cross functional teams
