PMO Manager

Role: PMO Manager

A PMO Manager is required to join a Global Insurance organisation embarking on an exciting change journey. You will come on board to manage the end to end governance processes for multiple large-scale strategic programmes (Business Change & IT) and support in the day to day execution & control of PMO activities, including project initiation, delivery, planning, forecasting and budgeting. Your role will work closely with the Change Director, Programme Team and senior stakeholders across the business so experience operating at this senior organisational level will be essential.

Job outline/experience:

  • Experience defining and managing consistent reporting across all large-scale programmes and projects

  • Experienced leading a £multi-million ePMO function

  • Broad PMO and Portfolio level delivery experience

  • Experience embedding and driving forward methodologies and processes within the PMO

  • Support the design & implementation of the end to end enterprise PMO

  • Experience managing direct and indirect resource and teams

  • Manage resource capacity planning for the UK Change team

  • Strong stakeholder management expertise, ability to operate at C-Level

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Excellent Benefits
