Role: PMO Governance & Reporting Lead

Location: Chiswick

Salary: 50k

I am currently recruiting for a PMO Governance & Reporting Lead to be based in Chiswick on a permanent basis.

To successfully apply for this role, you MUST have:

  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary environments (portfolio, programme, project) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Experience of analysing, interpreting and consolidation of complex data/KPIs from multiple sources to generate reporting outputs
  • Strong strategic and business planning experience within a business and change environment
  • Experience delivering clear written and verbal communications to executive teams
  • Demonstrated quality assurance of project management processes and documents and application of project management processes/tools (understanding of project lifecycle)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Initiative Reporting; accountable for working with senior leaders
  • Portfolio Governance; work with business leaders within Streams and Functions to implement effective governance of projects & programmes within assigned business portfolios
  • Assurance and Analysis; work closely with business leaders to ensure the content and quality of data is accurate and reflective of strategic plan objectives (projects and initiatives)
  • PPM Tool management and administration; act as PPM superuser and champion of PPM Tool, building robust operating processes to support the PPM tool

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Be confident in reaching out to key stakeholders to gather information / data required for reports or to inform decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management: Able to work strategically and collaboratively across teams and build relationships including good negotiation skills
  • Able to ask structured questions to illicit the required information
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of data from multiple sources (systems and people) and able to work independently
  • Be able to translate discussions (around messaging and requirements) in to good well-structured / storyboard documents e.g. PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and relatively unstructured environment where needs frequently change flexible, responsive and resilient
  • Strong skills in critical thinking and analysis
