Job Title: PMO Co-ordinator
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits
Location: City, London
PMO Co-ordinator required to join a leading Lloyds of London company. You will join a well established PMO sitting within the IT department. This role will provide support to the PMO team in all aspects of the administration of the department and the projects/projects under it's portfolio. You will take responsibility and ownership for standards in the production and management of files, documents, meetings (agendas, minutes, communication) and reports.
- Previous experience operating as a PMO Co-ordinator or Project Support Officer or PMO Analyst is essential
- Experience operating within Financial Services, Insurance or Consultancy is ideal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or other similar workforce collaboration tools is essential
- Experience in report and presentation preparation
- Strong organisation skills and clear commitment to organisational excellence
