PMO Analyst/Project Support

My client, an insurance client is looking for a PMO Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, for an initial 3-month contract, with a possible extension. This role is Inside of IR35, with the client looking for someone to start asap. This will be a fully remote role for the foreseeable future.

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience in project administration, having worked as a Project Coordinator, PMO analyst or PSO Coordinator

- Experience writing slides and creating documents/powerpoints

- A track record of working in an administrative capacity

- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings

- Experience reviewing complex papers and packs

- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures

- Experience working closely with C-Suite individuals

- Capability to coordinate and schedule all necessary meetings and record minutes

- Experience Chairing and facilitating team meetings

- Experience with strategy and business case writing
