PMO Analyst

Location: Reading

Salary: 40-50k

Start date: ASAP

I am currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to be based in Reading on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects and programmes are compliant with project delivery methodology, are guided through stage end controls and that project / programme status is reported accurately and to agreed timescales.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To provide support and guidance on portfolio, programme and project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to project teams and associated stakeholders.
  • To enable the tracking and reporting of programme/project progress and delivery performance.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • We are looking for someone with significant PMO experience who is familiar with industry standard programme and project management techniques and their application in a real delivery environment.
  • You must be able to validate information and have a keen eye for detail.
  • The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to engage and communicate persuasively with a broad range of project / programme stakeholders and be comfortable to feedback issues identified for improvement or correction.
  • All applicants must have strong facilitation, influencing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
