Partnership Marketing Manager - Fintech - London - £45,000

Are you a Partnership Marketing Manager looking for an incredible opportunity to join a global fintech business based in Central London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit a forward thinking and progressive Partnership Marketing Manager to join their industry leading team.

The Role

You will be responsible for all marketing activities for large partners in the business. You will be responsible for managing and driving successful partner experience and driving engagement marketing. You will provide key partners with an effective marketing strategy with clear KPIs, marketing ROI and to ensure their growth with the business.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • Establishing strong relationships with key partners and presenting valuable marketing insights.
  • Supporting partnership business development team to deliver first class pitches to acquire new affiliate/partners.
  • Attending key partner meetings to ensure the business is best in class. Supporting partner events with acquisition of potential customers.
  • Generating campaigns that deliver on time, within budget and key tracking performance.
  • Driving strategic partner marketing initiatives to support partner sales goals; working with the extended marketing team to execute on demand generation campaigns, events, social and content creation.
  • Working with the Event Manager to plan successful partner events.

Your Profile

  • Experience in managing multi-sized events within a business that fall within the overall business strategy and bring clear ROI.
  • Planning and executing campaigns from agreeing ideas, briefing in activity to delivery.
  • Ability to analyse and present results.
  • Experience in driving marketing campaigns for events and general marketing use.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrable experience in building and executing marketing strategies in accordance with lead generation plans
  • Demonstrable experience in managing internal key stakeholders and external decision makers.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, along with superb attention to detail
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing and partnership relations
