Client Overview

Our client is an early-stage start-up, based in London, with a solid product-market fit, impressive growth rates and a user base spread across the US, Europe and Australia.

Founded in 2018, our client is used today by thousands of cryptocurrency investors, accountants and blockchain businesses and is also the preferred tax partner for a number of leading cryptocurrency exchanges. They are building tools to enable the widespread adoption of cryptocurrency by automating the regulatory hurdles of tax compliance and asset tracking.

The Role

They're looking for an enthusiastic B2B paid social media marketeer with experience across social platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook, Instagram. You'll have a passion for performance marketing, with solid knowledge of what it takes to grow and optimize paid social campaigns to take our growth to the next level in 2022 and beyond!

You'll be responsible for helping to rapidly grow their B2B leads, customer base, and engage their existing customers on all social media platforms - across global geographies.

This is a hybrid role with LeadGen responsibilities. If you don't have much experience working with large sets of data, automated web scraping, enriching, cleaning, and uploading, we can provide internal training and support you along the way.

Who are you?

You are an ambitious and passionate Paid Social Manager who has a proven record of experience working within a SaaS or B2B industry and managing large paid social ad campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and executing paid social media campaigns and optimizing performance and reporting.

You like to move fast, are not afraid to fail, and can learn from mistakes. You can think on your feet and be able to learn quickly. You are a logical thinker and super attentive to detail.

Beneficial but not required if you are passionate about the crypto industry and/or have worked building campaigns for the tax or accountancy/finance industry. You have done LeadGen work in the past, similar to building custom lists from scratch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day B2B paid social media management
  • Creating the strategy for each campaign and their target audience
  • Executing on time according to the planned strategy and weekly sprint tasks
  • Applying various bid rules and automation to optimize campaign and KPIs are hit
  • Reporting on campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Scaling spending and increasing ROI
  • Keeping your knowledge and best tactics of paid social up to scratch
  • Ability to multi-tasking to manage multiple projects
  • Clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats, etc.) and present these back internally
  • Using advanced features available within the native and 3rd party Paid Social platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) and tracking platforms like GA, HubSpot
