The OD activities this role will be responsibile for delivering include;
- Providing the optiuons relating to the size and shape of the new communities organisational design. This will als oinclude shaping different roles and responsibilities, role grading, managment structure, accountabilities and more.
- Providing the options required to bring the organisation design to life,. To include; designing the new ways of working, high level flow of work (inputs and outputs), culture and reward.
- Costing the design options.
The successful role holfer will have the following experience, skills and qualities;
- Strategic thinking and experience
- Extensive knowledge of OD models, approaches and methodologies that underpin the design and implementation of OD interventions.
- Expereince of workshop design and facilitation techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Organisation and delivering at pace.
