Operation Coordination Manager - Service Desk, 3rd party, Continual Service Improvement

Operation Coordination Manager with experience of managing 3rd party delivered services and an outsourced Service Desk required by Financial Services Client to effectively help support the Ops Lead in working with Supplier in major incidents, including incident updates & communication, and joining recovery calls.

The Operation Coordination Manager will be an initial 6 month contract, outside IR35, working for London based Financial Services Firm - contract role based in London (2 - 3 days onsite / hybrid week).

The Operation Coordination Manager will ideally have experience in the following:

  • ITIL accredited
  • Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
  • Experience of having run an outsourced Service Desk
  • Continual Service Improvement experience
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers
