Microsoft 365 Technical Lead / Architect - £500 to £550 - Semi Remote - London Based - Outside IR35

An opportunity for an Office 365 Technical Lead to join a Global Bank undergoing an O365 Migration. The Office 365 Technical Lead will work closely with the various business stakeholders to plan migration activities, support them through the change journey, and manage the tasks associated with the migration.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Own the relationship on behalf of the programme with a defined set of users with a group/team and complete:
  • Early engagement to build understanding and awareness of the change ahead
  • Kick the users off with the required migration preparatory activities and provide guidance and support throughout the completion of these
  • Gather core information about the group/team to build a clear view of their structure, data requirements, possible migration window and dependencies with other parts of the Bank which may have impact on the migration
  • Manage the T-minus comms activity for the group/team using the programme's T-minus toolkit
  • Set up and run business stakeholder remote meetings to provide updates and gather feedback about the progress being made with preparatory activities, highlighting any concerns into the programme
  • Signpost the group/team to training material and support processes to ensure they are prepared to use the new tools and feel confidence in their early experience post migration
  • Evaluate business stakeholder feedback as part the programme's lessons learned process
  • Help others by undertaking general tasks not related to your discipline when required
  • Motivate self and others to continually reflect and adapt to improve quality and delivery cadence
  • Maintain and improve your own skillset to ensure it stays relevant to the products being delivered
  • A diligent and conscientious completion of work on time and to an agreed, acceptable level of quality
  • As a deliverable the consultant will ensure this scope of services is successfully transitioned to a Third Party Provider and the knowledge transfer complete.
