Lead UX-UI Designer
Location: Hybrid (1 day/week in London Holborn office)

This is a greenfield project with the aspiration of going global. There will be plenty of opportunity to 'own' this product and have complete autonomous control.
About:
This company provides the digital out-of-home industry with a range of market leading services.
Key responsibility:
You will be the sole UX designer, owning the design and user experience of their software, and improving the efficiency of the business using technology as a solution for streamlining people's processes.
You will:
Build prototypes using Figma.
Design their software and ensure they meet end-users' needs.
Combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
Work on responsive UIs for mobile and desktop products.
Fine-tune their design system.
About you:
You are an analytical and creative designer who champions the voice of end users and solves problems
You have previous experience working in a SaaS small business environment
You have a strong portfolio of technical UX projects
You can turn products into more user-friendly and intuitive services
Your designs are informed by a deep understanding of user psychology
You gather feedback and conduct usability testing
You develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
You keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends
You take a mobile-first approach to designing interfaces

This company was founded on the idea that there was potential for digital billboards
There are no designers in the company, just branding designs
They are migrating an older system
There are no Business Analysts
They want their system to be fully responsive but not necessarily mobile-first
