Role: Lead User Experience Researcher

Location: Central London

Salary: £55,000-£65,000

I am looking for a UX researcher to join a creative, forward thinking company that specialises in luxury office space all over London. This hospitality company have a large portfolio of workspaces around London and are always looking to expand.

As the UX researcher you will be driving the end user requirements to promote key change through the business and to achieve digital and interactive product goals. The role will be fast paced, working across multiple projects to deliver the best and most appropriate qualitative and quantitative research for the development team.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience working in Retail, Hospitality or Facilities Management is essential.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of conducting a wide variety of UX research techniques, such as usability studies, eye tracking, surveys, competitive benchmarking etc.
  • Strong project management skills and timely delivery.
  • Working in cross functional teams, as your ideas and conclusions will need to be relayed to the design team.
