This company is looking for a lead engineer to completely revamp the technical stack and drive the engineering culture forward. Currently, the front and backend are made of multiple components that are in critical need of streamlining.

This is a unique role that means you can initiative the "identity" of the technical stack, and also hire your own team of talented engineers in due course!

What will your day to day be?

Leading and implementing your own technical stack (React/Node) for the future
Building and designing bespoke projects from scratch, as well as delivering on an exciting ongoing project
You will be heavily involved in the growth of the team, which is key to the business's success, over the next year the plan is to double the technology team so ensure these appeals to you before applying.
