Lead DevOps Support Analyst – Contract – London

Rate – £550-750 per day (Inside IR35)

Location – Canary Wharf

Title: GPTI Lead DevOps Support Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requirement to be UK onshore, 3 days per week in office and part of the “BAU” Support Team
• Lead a of 4/5 people
• Previous experience leading teams.
• Prefer to have worked in direct user-facing support teams before, and Commodity / Finance / IT institutions
• Will be required to own issues and interface with business to take on support issues or questions and drive out requirements/root cause/resolution end to end
• Will be required to own and interface with wider I&E Teams to ensure issues/enhancement are correctly ‘backlogged’ to other workstreams as required
• Clear communication skills – various formats required
• Will be required to support a range of applications and user bases, and to be able to pick up a wide range of issues and questions.
• Candidate to have basic database/SQL skills
