Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Location: Hybrid (Durham based approx. x4 a month)
Salary: £34,304 - £40,927 per annum

We have an amazing permanent opportunity working with a Russell Group university who have been ranked in the World's Top 100 universities by QS in 2022. They are looking to appoint a Lead Business Analyst to support multi-million-pound programmes of change across the University.
This role is crucial to bridging the gap between University departments and IT Services in the delivery of cost-effective solutions which meet user needs.
Responsibilities will include eliciting requirements, facilitating focus groups, writing business cases, process modelling and collaborating with stakeholders ensuring the business requirements of projects are captured accurately.
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience as a Business Analyst
Experience and understanding of working with Agile PRINCE2, Waterfall or Wagile methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
Proven IT skills, such as the use of Microsoft Office
BCS or ISEB qualifications is desirable
Experience working with a PMO is advantageous
Experience within Education, Public or the Third Sector is advantageous
