Salary and benefits: £18,000 - £23,000 pa, 25 days holiday, company pension, free gym membership and company incentives

Professional Development: Administrator> L&D Trainer

La Fosse Associates are looking to recruit an L&D Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a new and exciting non-delivery role to assist the L&D team to design and deliver the business learning and development activities and portfolio, ensuring continuous evaluation and improvement, to keep aligned to business needs. You will have the opportunity to progress and develop at a fast pace within this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training and actively support the delivery of an effective and proactive learning and development service to the wider business
  • Support in the coordination, administration, and planning of L&D programmes / sessions
  • Developing materials and resources to support learning, as required
  • Build trust and sound relationships with internal stakeholders, team and colleagues
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to understand the commercial context, drivers and process behind learning needs and solutions at La Fosse
  • Any other reasonable requests from the Learning & Development team

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Design skills (excellent PowerPoint skills)
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be self-motivated and able to work independently as required
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, and able to prioritise workload, whilst maintaining an attention for detail
  • Ambitious and driven
