Operating within a ServiceNow environment, I'm looking for an experienced individual to take the lead for my client on their journey of increasing their use of the Knowledge Management system within this tool.
Location - United Kingdom (Hybrid working)
Renumeration - up to £470 per day (Inside IR35 - 12 months)
Working within the Public Sector as Knowledge Management Lead you will be expected to be proactive in gathering information from stakeholders, and suppliers as well as working collaboratively and communicating with staff at all levels of the business.
Contribute to the development of a process that will lead to an effective and updated knowledge management system.
Analyse performance and identify where technical improvements can be made.
Work closely with the Business Analysts and Developers/Admins within the team to ensure that any necessary enhancements to the platform are designed and built according to best practices and the needs of the business.
Ideally you'll have
Previous exposure to the use of the Knowledge Management function within ServiceNow essential as well as a technical understanding of the platform, and administration and deployment practices.
ITIL V3/4 Foundation
Exemplary written communication skills and attention to detail.
