Junior Project Manager - Onsite 5 days per week

I am currently seeking a Junior Project Manager/Senior Project Coordinator to support a non-profit organisation with the onboarding of 20 employees.

This role will be onsite 5 days per week.

  • The core work is to support and co-ordinate the recruitment of 20+ new staff.

  • Once staff are appointed keep track of start dates and ensure IT needs and induction training are managed

  • Working with the estates team to ensure access to the building

  • Working with HR to ensure they are paid correctly

  • Weekly reporting - risks and issues

  • Lots of communication work

  • People management

Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive project coordination experience, and outstanding stakeholder mangement skills.

You must be willing and able to travel to the office 5 days per week and immediately available
