I am currently seeking a Junior Project Manager/Senior Project Coordinator to support a non-profit organisation with the onboarding of 20 employees.
This role will be onsite 5 days per week.
The core work is to support and co-ordinate the recruitment of 20+ new staff.
Once staff are appointed keep track of start dates and ensure IT needs and induction training are managed
Working with the estates team to ensure access to the building
Working with HR to ensure they are paid correctly
Weekly reporting - risks and issues
Lots of communication work
Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive project coordination experience, and outstanding stakeholder mangement skills.
You must be willing and able to travel to the office 5 days per week and immediately available
