Our client, a financial services institution is searching for an ITSM Manager to join on a contract basis to be responsible for service delivery and Incident and Problem change across the IT supply chain. The role will be 6 months initially and based in East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of service management professionals and third parties
  • Delivering incident and problem change via ServiceNow
  • Defining and refining incident and problem management frameworks
  • Identifying and escalating any issues to provide continuous service improvement
  • Monitoring service delivery levels against SLAs and performing reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of:

  • The ITIL V3 Service Delivery Lifecycle - ITIL V3 certification or similar
  • Managing teams of Service Analysts and 3rd Parties
  • Problem and Incident management within a multi-sourced IT supply chain
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service with both internal and third parties.
