A globally recognised brand are expanding the function with 3 newly created positions, looking for Demand Managers to enhance IT service operations. Sitting within a centralised operational team, you will manage incident and request queues, optimise workflows, and collaborate across teams to improve service delivery.

Rate: 400 – 500 Euro per day.

Location: Ireland (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze demand data to identify potential issues or areas of concern, particularly related to incident assignments, request processing, and response times.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize organizational and service response and delivery through updated procedures, enhanced documentation, and automation.
  • Ensure service delivery performance meets organizational standards and client expectations, minimizing backlogs and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely incident and request handling.
  • Identify trends and bottlenecks, driving process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with service teams to enhance efficiency and reduce backlogs.
  • Support the creation of knowledge articles and procedural documentation.
  • Provide insights through demand management reporting and KPIs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of demand, incident, and service request management.
  • Extensive demand management experience and reporting skills.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with best practices.
  • Experience in automation and process optimisation.
  • Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and IT service metrics.
