A globally recognised brand are expanding the function with 3 newly created positions, looking for Demand Managers to enhance IT service operations. Sitting within a centralised operational team, you will manage incident and request queues, optimise workflows, and collaborate across teams to improve service delivery.
Rate: 400 – 500 Euro per day.
Location: Ireland (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand data to identify potential issues or areas of concern, particularly related to incident assignments, request processing, and response times.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize organizational and service response and delivery through updated procedures, enhanced documentation, and automation.
- Ensure service delivery performance meets organizational standards and client expectations, minimizing backlogs and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely incident and request handling.
- Identify trends and bottlenecks, driving process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate with service teams to enhance efficiency and reduce backlogs.
- Support the creation of knowledge articles and procedural documentation.
- Provide insights through demand management reporting and KPIs.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of demand, incident, and service request management.
- Extensive demand management experience and reporting skills.
- ITIL certification or familiarity with best practices.
- Experience in automation and process optimisation.
- Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and IT service metrics.
