ITAM Analyst
Location: Oxford Circus (Hybrid) – 1 day per 2 weeks on site (per week on worst case)
Contract: £300-350 Per Day Outside IR35
Duration: 6 Months
A leading global education organization is seeking an experienced ITAM Analyst. This role will support the expansion and maturity of their ITSM capabilities, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead the ITAM initiative across all schools
- Need understanding of Asset Management, know how to track, measure and discovery work
- Lead internal technology, business, and third-party resources
- Implement best practice ITAM
- Scope, plan, and run pilots before full rollouts
- Stakeholder Management
Experience:
- 3-5 years as a hands-on IT Project Manager within ITSM
- Certified ITIL Expert or equivalent knowledge
- Extensive experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, ideally Freshservice
- Strong understanding of ITSM-related culture, governance, and business change
- Good knowledge of related technologies such as SCCM, Intune, and JAMF
