La Fosse is currently recruiting for an IT Training Lead to come in to a brand new role, joining one of the fastest growing tech organisations in the UK.

Our client is transforming existing services and introducing new technologies whilst building a completely new team. As their first ever Digital Workplace Training Lead you will be responsible, with others in the team, for the successful implementation, ongoing management and continual improvement of a Training Programme to support users in realising the benefits of their offerings.

Location: City of London (Flexible to WFH)

Remuneration: Contract - 6 Months - Inside - Up to £450 per day

Your role as an IT Training Lead

  • As an IT Training Lead you will partner closely with Enterprise Tech product leaders and engineers to develop and release successful offerings around user-facing products including Google Workplace, ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Windows, Mac, MS Office, Chromebooks, Slack, AV equipment, mobile phones, and lesser known tech.

  • You will consult with technology stakeholders and user groups.

  • The IT Training Lead will be developing an in-depth view of the Enterprise Tech products to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

  • You will provide advice to engineering teams how to make the product more effective for end users.

  • As an IT Training Lead you will represent the technical writing function in planning and delivery groups.

Ideally to be successful as an IT Training Lead

  • You live and breathe technology comms, training and engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a Digital Workplace training expert.

  • Writing engaging documentation for software and hardware, such as help instructions, web pages, user guides, release notes, and tutorials, according to accepted modern industry standards.

  • Defining or contributing to technical writing processes and style guides.

  • Stakeholder management.
