Seeking an IT Trainer to support the roll out of Genesys PureCloud, as part of a UC/Contact Centre Telephony & CRM Integration and Transformation. Candidates must have delivered Training, Run workshops and supported User Adoption across regions as part of a similiar Telephony/Voice/CRM Programme and will ideally be familiar with Genesys UC/Contact Centre Technologies
