IT Support Lead - Networks, Telephony, EUC, Desktop

IT Support Team lead with wide-ranging experience across Infrastructure, Networks, Telephony, End User (EUC) & Desktop. The role will involve managing a team of 5 support engineers as well as external vendors. The role requires strong technical IT Support experience as well as demonstratable leadership qualities, leading the team to ensure the highest levels of Service Delivery.
